Where is your studio located?
Our studio is conveniently located at 17 West 17th Street, right in the heart of Manhattan. We’re just steps away from the iconic flagship stores on Fifth Avenue, making it easy for clients to access us whether they’re uptown, downtown, or visiting from out of town. The central location allows for seamless drop-offs and pickups, and we’re surrounded by some of the best shopping and dining New York has to offer. It’s a prime spot that complements the luxury of your jewelry.
Are retouching services included?
Yes, all of our retouching is handled in-house by a seasoned professional retoucher. We understand how important it is to align with each client’s brand aesthetic and vision, so we take the time to meticulously enhance every image without over-editing. From color correction to detailed touch-ups, we ensure your jewelry looks its absolute best while staying true to reality. The result is polished, publication-ready imagery that captures the essence of your collection.
What is your typical turnaround time?

That’s why we prioritize an efficient workflow to deliver high-quality images as quickly as possible, without compromising on detail or creativity. How do you handle security and insurance?
Security is one of our top priorities. Our studio is alarmed with armed guard response, giving clients peace of mind when bringing high-value pieces into the space. In addition, we’re fully insured to store and handle fine jewelry during the entire photography process. You can trust that your collection is safe with us from the moment it arrives to the moment it’s returned.
How are images delivered?
We deliver all final images digitally via secure transfer services, ensuring fast and easy access from anywhere in the world. Files can be sent in the exact specifications you request—whether that’s high-res TIFFs, optimized JPEGs, or custom aspect ratios for web and print. We’re happy to accommodate different formats to match your production or marketing needs. Fast, flexible delivery is part of the smooth client experience we pride ourselves on.

We work out of a stunning 5,000 square-foot studio equipped with the latest high-end camera gear, lighting systems, and production tools. The space is designed to be both functional and welcoming, with a dedicated lounge area for clients to relax during shoots.
